In Person
If you are unable to do the above option, you may get your password reset in person at the Technology Assistance Center. Due to security reasons, we cannot give your password or any account information to you through email, fax, or on the phone. We can only give your account information to you either in person or via the mail. If you choose to pick up your account information and it is not picked up, it will be mailed to the address specified the Friday, one week after the password reset form has been processed.
- If it is between 7:30a - 6p Monday – Friday or 8a – 4:30p on Saturday, we will be able to reset your password and hand it back to you then. Otherwise, we will send the password to you either by mail or have it available for pickup, which ever you had chosen on the form.
